At Country Critters, we care deeply about the health and well-being of every animal we offer. To give our customers peace of mind, we provide a 4-Day Health Guarantee on all animals sold in our store.

📆 Our 4-Day Guarantee Covers:

• Fish: If a fish passes away within 4 days of purchase, please return the fish along with a water sample from your tank for testing. This allows us to identify possible causes and provide guidance for future care.
• Reptiles, birds, or other small animals: If the animal does not survive within 4 days due to a health-related issue, return the animal (alive or deceased) with proof of purchase for a full refund.
• Feeder animals: May be returned alive or deceased, as long as they are unharmed, within 4 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

📌 Please Note:

• Refunds or exchanges require the return of the animal and a valid receipt.
• No refunds or exchanges will be given after 4 days.
• Guarantee applies to the original purchaser only.
• We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or improper care after the animal leaves our store.
